With the successful testing of the Legacy System the technology team will be moving the platform to the cloud this Monday July 20th during a downtime from 5am-10am EST.
During this downtime window we STRONGLY ADVISE no one perform any additions or modifications to teams, events, insurance, or officials in the system until we send out an all-clear message through each sport’s national leadership team member.
To prepare for the move we will have a banner posted on usssa.com, DC event management, and a blog post on DC2 this Friday 7/17 through Monday 7/20.
What to expect once the all-clear is communicated:
- Return to using the system as you would in your normal day-to-day business operations.
- There are no new features or enhancements that will be seen in the system.
- Everything will look the same and work the same.
Reporting issues:
- For system related issues, please report any issues as you normally would through the help desk system widget of DC, usssa.com or helpdesk@usssa.com.
- For financial issues please report the issue as you normally would through contacting finance@usssa.org.
Running an event that starts during the week of 7/20-7/25:
- As much as possible complete any schedule modifications by Sunday 7/19 or wait until the all-clear is given.
- If you need to add any officials to the system for an upcoming event, do so by Sunday 7/19 or wait until the all-clear is given.
- If you need to buy event or facility insurance for your upcoming event during this time period, do so by Sunday 7/19 or wait until the all-clear is given.
